Penelope Cruz sparkles in platinum jewellery at film premiere
Penelope Cruz sparkled in platinum jewellery at the Los Angeles premiere of her latest movie.
The Oscar-winning actress wore a trio of platinum jewellery created by Chopard to the premiere of Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides, which was held on May 7th.
She wore a pair of platinum and diamond earrings, a 57 carat platinum and diamond bracelet and a platinum and diamond ring.
Cruz set off the platinum jewellery with a black floor-length off-the-shoulder feather detail gown created by Marchesa.
It was recently revealed that the 37-year-old, who gave birth to her first child with husband Javier Bardem in January, made her co-star Johnny Depp broody.
The actor explained that seeing Cruz with her family made him want more children with his long-term partner Vanessa Paradis, with whom he has two children.
He told the Daily Mirror: “It’s great to watch the three of them in action, it’s just adorable and it makes you incredibly broody and clucky.”
“To see new parents with their little angel definitely brings back memories. You start thinking, ‘Oh wow, I’d like to have another one of those’. But I don’t know … two’s pretty good.”
